Stay informed about your vehicle's activity with real-time alerts delivered via push notifications or SMS.

Available Alert Types​

Our system monitors these important events:

Security Alerts​

  • Unauthorized movement (no driver tag present)
  • GPS jamming detected
  • Unplug detection
  • Possible towing activity
  • Crash detection

Driving Alerts​

  • Ignition on/off
  • Movement detected
  • Extended idling
  • Over speeding
  • Door open/close

System Alerts​

  • Poor GPS signal
  • Low Fuel
  • Battery alerts

Make sure you tap save at the bottom when updating your notification settings

Note: GPS jamming alerts may also trigger in areas with heavy network interference.

Notification Methods​

Push Notifications​

  1. Tap your profile picture (top right)
  2. Select Profile
  3. Navigate to Notifications tab
  4. Enable Vehicle Updates
  5. Turn on Push Notifications

Availability depends on your device and app settings.

SMS Alerts​

  1. Tap your profile picture (top right)
  2. Select Profile
  3. Navigate to Notifications tab
  4. Enable Vehicle Updates
  5. Enter your mobile number in SMS Notifications
  6. Verify with the code sent to your phone

Alert Icons Explained​

  • Phone icon: Alert available via SMS
  • Bell icon: Push notification available
  • Warning icon: Critical alert

Troubleshooting​

Not receiving alerts?

  • Check notification permissions in device settings
  • Verify phone number for SMS alerts
  • Ensure "Vehicle Updates" are enabled
