Our app shows your vehicle's real-time location on an interactive map. As your vehicle moves, its position will update automatically on the map.

Viewing Vehicle Details​

To see comprehensive information about your vehicle:

  1. Tap your vehicle's icon on the map
  2. View the detailed information panel that appears

You may see details including:

  • Current ignition status
  • Immobiliser engagement
  • Mileage reading
  • Fuel level indicator
  • Battery voltage
  • Exact street address

Troubleshooting​

My vehicle isn't showing on the map After new tracker installation, please allow up to 3 hours for the initial location transmission.

The location appears inaccurate Try these steps:

  1. Pull down to refresh the app
  2. Ensure your vehicle is in an area with cellular reception
